    Hope I’m wrong.
That was one of the coldest games I’ve ever been to and we had a true freshman QB making his first start.

I think we continue to improve, I do t think we put it all together yet but get pretty close. Cajuns cover the 12.5 but just barely.

I hope all the South hype about their stadium and big crowd pans out. I haven’t been to a big time feeling game in a while, especially a Cajuns game.

Those gaudy defensive numbers put up by USA were done against the 123rd and 124th ranked offenses in FBS and a mediocre SWAC team. It is impossible to judge how good or bad they are.

South Alabama has a good football team.

I get their schedule. But they are very impressive with their front seven.

And, they are very confident. There was a clip of one of their DL saying "We're not concerned about their running game."

Now, when was the last time you heard THAT????

(Yes, the team has watched that clip many times.)

They are undefeated. They think they can win. They are at home at their on campus stadium. It's their league opener. They've put a LOT into promoting this game.

We had better be ready. I see a low scoring game overall.

So they’re a bunch of talk. It’s easy to talk shat till you get punched in the mouth. Let’s see what they are all about. I think we run away with this thing.

We'll see. All the intangibles work in South Alabama's favor in this one.
