Not that I know of. I’m heading down Saturday morning and staying in Biloxi. Just a heads up, if you’re staying in Gulfport or Biloxi, rooms will be limited. I believe Cruising The Coast starts next weekend.

Same here except probably leaving late Friday morning to lessen the blow of driving through awful BR. Staying downtown also. Is anyone bringing a camper or RV? We considered bringing RV but probably won't.

Is downtown better than staying at the HOliday Inn near campus? I assume Uber or taxi is available to/from stadium from downtown? Does downtown have good nightlife?

Downtown is where you want to be if you're interested is going to bars/restaurants. Very good nightlife/vibe.
Never stayed near campus.

Only good thing about staying next to campus is the ease of getting to and from stadium. It's a nice area just not much to see/do. Downtown will be much more fun and there will be a ton of people eating, drinking and hanging out all weekend on Dauphin Street. All downtown hotels are easy walking distance to the bars/restaurants. I'd definitely stay downtown. Let me know if you need hotel recs
