(Opelousas, LA)—A new season of Music & Market begins Friday, April 9th in Opelousas offering continuous entertainment through Friday, June 11, 2010. The event will feature Southwest Louisiana music in a unique outdoor setting.

The spring series kicks offwith the Cajun sounds of Balfa Toujours.Led by Christine Balfa, the daughter of the great Cajun fiddler and Cajun ambassador, Dewey Balfa, the band plays traditional music that has been handed down though generations.
