Overall I felt like LL had a solid game. Yes, I still yelled at the TV a few times! I don’t get how badly he misses some of the more routine passes, but then throws really sharp passes that are much more difficult! But overall solid performance by him last night.
His first series was bad, throwing the ball badly. But he threw 2 absolute dimes for long TD passes later. I blame the play calling at times and the lack of execution by the offensive line because Rubio went down. It's clear the line is better with him at LT and Marks at LG.
You guys must watch different games than me. I thought LL was pretty accurate last night. He had to throw a couple balls away so maybe you are thinking he was trying to complete the pass but I didn't see many that weren't where they needed to be. He did overthrow one out route on the sideline but I'd like to know which QB's you guys are watching that just don't miss passes from time to time.
Can we talk about the blocked kicks? Saved 4 points. We nearly had a blocked punt vs. Ohio too. The punter just made a good play to avoid the defender.
Shades of the Bustle days.
Good to see people btalking good about Lewis. Not everything is on him if our receivers dropping passes. Someone else need to call plays
