Yeah, but read other posts: that is just rendering and no on really knows why the end product will be.
As for affordability and club seats I’m thinking too that might work out. Gonna be a lot more than why I’m paying now, which is right at $600 for 2. I’d go 3 times that for the same or better seats and access to a suite.

Can't blame us for hoping for a good outcome, and TBH I have not seen very much 'the sky is falling' rhetoric.

But I am also glad to keep in mind that this is very much still a work-in progress.

So here is the deal: there can't be more than 3-4K (at most) current season tix holders in in UD 1 & 2. I don't see how it would not be feasible to add just enough seating on the new deck to accommodate them in the new version...w/o any frills, access to suites, etc., but still charge a larger premium than we have today. I bet those would be some of the most sought-after seats in the stadium, as they would be taking care of an important niche: die-hard fans willing to pay a big premium for great seats, but unwilling/unable to pay huge, suite level prices.

    Just my thoughts.
That’s the thing, the UD1 & UD2 folks have had those seats for 15-20 years.

Also if they go to club seating, will they allow current seat holders the opportunity to possibly form an LLC and jointly pay for the club seats? If they have to be bought in group packages?

Supposedly we are very close to having enough $ to get started. Over half of the estimated $65 million has been committed supposedly
Only 95%, mais your a fair weather fan, lol....For the record I am just picking.

I think there are 6 rows in UD1, UD2 AND UD3. Each row has about 45 seats each. That's 810 seats in the chair back section. There are 4 sections of bleacher seats with backs (2 in each side). Say 50 seats in each section makes an additional 200 seats. So the entire section of the lower upper deck is about 1000 seats. I think they could accommodate that in the design. For sure, not every seat is sold either. I also know that the guy next to me has 4 seats and they never use them. If they go up on the price he might say no thanks or reduce the number of seats he buys.

I think they have seen in the past few years that people are not knocking on the doors to buy tickets. So if they go up too much many may opt out or buy fewer tickets. I opted out last year because I didn't want to put up with the Covid mess. It made me realize I wasted a lot of time just to go to a football game that I could watch easily from the comfort of my den.

Well……I’ve had mine in UD1 for 45 years. 3rd row 40 yard line. Just saying. How many of you are over 45 years old? For the record, “I am ecstatic” about the stadium renovation but I’ve also earned the right to have my personal feelings with respect to future seating. No disrespect to any here. Hopefully all will turn out well.

Glad someone did the math that I was too lazy to do, lol. That’s my point: all it takes is 1K seats in the new section to accommodate all of the current UD1, 2 & 3 folks. 3 or 4 rows and it’s done.

May have to recalculate. Row 6 in UD1 has only 25 seats. Same for all rows in UD1.

Agreed, but what would be the best way to do this?
