    This right here is why it's a mistake for conferences to go after Markets. You really think anyone wants to watch FIU or Rice. Half the people don't even know where these schools are.

    Brands and commitment to athletics should be the main consideration but we know that's not gonna happen

    Especially when you consider no one lives in Boone, Boone is not a part of the Charlotte DMA, Hillbilly's at both schools, Boone is its own market, Yada, Yada, Yada...
    Both weeknight games did very well from a total viewers standpoint. ESPN is making money.

    These market rankings are within a two hour drive of both schools...Market size matters..
