Best bourbon varieties?

Visited World of Beer last night. Good bourbon selection and it's just +$4 if you want a double. (For those of you that don't know, it's in the food area in front of Costco, next door to the Half Shell Oyster House.)

Food is good there, too.

My nose hairs stood at attention when I lifted the glass to my nostrils. They should have; this spirit clocks in at 115 proof. Nice tears. Beautiful color. Creamy texture, slightly sweet, but with a peppery finish. Tickles the palate with same spicy sweetness. Goes down easy. Wasn’t looking for it, but glad I found it at NuNu’s in Youngsville.
