Ok guys, no one needs to even talk about what we witnessed last night. The fans showed up, we got a W. That’s the end of what went right.

Onto Ohio Bobcats on Thursday. Ohio lost to a FCS Duquesne yesterday. Overall FCS had outstanding showings across the country in the first two weeks.

Cajuns need to clean up some O Line issues, find any semblance of a running game and fix 3rd down issues.

I’m not sure the effort from yesterday gets us a W over Ohio.

The lack of a running game, any real running game, is so strange. We’ve been blessed with that strength for so long.

Been abysmal on 3rd down too.

I thought LL had a great start to the game. He was like 11-12 or something close with 2 td. Then, nothing real great after that.

Then you have a defense…..

They held for enough of the game, but could only do so much. I think if 0 or 5 from Nicholls would have played by themselves, they’d still covert about 40% on 3rd and long.

Nicholls is a very good football team, and Lindsay Scott and Dixon are big time players. Scott is the guy who should be on the Davie O'Brien watchlist.

You may be right, but that sounds eerily similar to what we were all saying last week about Texas' QB and RB.

That’s 3 guys right there and we still have to face Malik Wilson at Liberty.

The real problem is we are playing 5 teams with a better QB than what we have.

Coastal isn't on our schedule. And, I said QB/WR tandem. NO ONE in the Sun Belt is as good as their WR was.
