While I want to see more of this from LL as well and think its crucial to our offensive effectiveness moving forward, Scott also does this possibly too much or at least recklessly. He was getting beat up in the second half of this game. He keeps doing it like he did Saturday and he may not last the season. LL has to run more but also be smart about it as well.
Set up beer and water booths. Have popcorn and candy available there also. The rest should be local vendors running their own booths, like at festival Int. We’d have the best concessions in America, independently managed, and we could space them out to where crowd control wasn’t an issue.
No one can tell me that this wouldn’t both work and/or be appealing to local businesses 5-6 times a year. Especially with local restaurants still trying to come back from Covid.
Burger Tyme with a booth. Teet's in Ville Platte is (or was) a big Ragin Cajuns sponsor, right? They could set up selling smoked sausage and smoked tasso sandwiches. Those up in that Ville Platt/Turkey Creek area are known for delicious tasso sandwiches.
Old Tyme Grocery could set up doing a simple shrimp poboy and another with deli meats.
This pillow fight with Nichols along with Texas getting it's a-- kicked by powerhouse Arkansas is not a good look.
Burger Tyme doesn't have enough employees at the moment to extend his store hours...ole Tyme? Maybe cold poboys, no special order, his prices would double + 50% to make it work.
Bunch of armchair culinary experts....
These are great ideas!
