Anyone know what, if any, covid restrictions will be in effect for the game?
I'm afraid with Covid, a packed house won't happen anytime soon. Too much to deal with. LSU won't have a packed house either this season. Many people still scared to get out and about.
The 1st game took a little air out, couple that with an FCS opponent, drop off last year from Covid, and maybe 17,500. For future attendance, we don't need this game to be near close. We need a blowout.

Note that Nicholls appears twice. No COVID restrictions and beautiful weather on hand. No excuses.
Yeah, the new normal should be to expect a 15%-20% reduction of your usual attendance at sporting events.
There's only a handful of programs with a with a waiting list for tickets. Those are the only programs that will survive this.
Unless we can bring a Top 25 ranked, regional P5 school to Cajun Field, expect a good crowd to be 20K-25K fans. Expecting 30K fans is a pipe dream. We play in the SBC
