Curious. I ordered the book with digital copy but never received an email. Did anyone else do the same and get an email link to digital copy? I'm thinking I screwed something up. Not a big deal, I am just ready to get reading and didn't want to wait for hard copy to start.

I received an email with a link to an instant download. I have downloaded the book and started reading.

I believe the email I got said it would ship in 3 weeks but haven't heard anything since.

I just got an email regarding the book. According to what I read it was unexpectedly delayed in the printing/shipping process, and it's scheduled to arrive at the end of the month.
