End zone seating complexes are nothing more than sky boxes with catering built ground level and a horrible view half the game. It’s the “next big thing” but you have to have the fan support to make it viable. It’s not for everyone.
Both you guys are correct. It works for App, especially on cold and rainy dates.
The novelty has worn off in the RGLP Methroplex. Think McNeese built one but their attendance shrunk years ago and never recovered.
I agree. While I think that EZ mega-suite thing might have its advantages for some, mostly it was a fad that is wearing out. It's hard enough to understand why fans would want the EZ seats if they had a choice.....much less super donors paying big bucks for that same view. I am glad we didn't go that route, and feel the between the 30's is the best option by far.
