You brought it up. I have nothing to prove to you.

Even if he is the most knowledgeable football person in the world that doesn’t change that he is way overestimating the drops he’s claiming on this thread.

He said Peter leads the team in drops the last two years and that is a fact.

You also forgot something that is very often overlooked. Probably the best blocking receiver we’ve had over the last 2 years when healthy. Coming from a wing T helped.

    I would agree with that.

Throughout Peter's career at UL, I don't remember him dropping many passes, like I said the one vs Texas was a big one, because it probably would have been an easy first down if not much more. But again, the other dropped pass that people were attributing to Peter, was actually Bernard.

He had a bad series that possession. He was called for false start and drop a pass.

Getting a good performance at the QB position is more important than trying to claim a no. 1 receiver.

I can’t say I counted maybe you did. But I seem to remember Calief Gossett dropping more.

A touch behind means you should still come up with that catch.

I tell you what you may be right in saying he lead the Cajuns in drops. Which would mean we had some awfully good receivers. As someone that has seen every game at least twice since the advent of ESPN3, +, and DVR, I can assure you he has no more than 3 drops of balls you would classify as should have been caught, over the last 2 years and 1 game. That I know without a doubt. I have seen many NFL receivers that can’t say that. So when you say most I guess that’s just a matter of semantics.

Gotta be one of the most asinine statements in the history of RP. You also misspelled LeBlanc.
