The best competition is between friends right? Or... Maybe not.
In this case, Cajuns head coach Billy Napier is very familiar with Texas head coach Steve Sarkisian
That hook on the two makes the over a definite +money bet. I would guess +200 or higher.
I do believe we force at least two turnovers, which allows us not to have to play a perfect game. Anyone who thinks either of these teams will play A+ football in the first game of the season is definitely an optimistic person. If we win the TO battle & special teams, we will easily cover the spread and have a very good chance at winning outright.
I see the score being 27-24 and it can go either way. Obviously we want it the Cajuns way.
Especially like our chances if it is tight going into the 4Q. That is where experience and belief really help us.
Geaux Cajuns!
I am excited for our guys to play in front of 100,000 people and have a chance on national tv to punch the blue blood in the mouth. Geaux Cajuns! Geaux and earn a win in Austin! It shall be interesting to see where we stack up.
Days and . Hours to GEAUX!!!
Five or more years ago I did an analysis of final football rankings using Massey and football budget. I took the ratio between the two to show how much a school spent to get their final rank.
Texas was the worst, spending the most and not getting a good result.
I'll see if I can find it somewhere.
