From what I can tell, Tx has not decided on QB1 yet. Not sure how to take that, but I am hoping it could be a bit of a help for us.

Agree. Buckley seems to enjoy covering our program the most when there’s a bunch of negativity and drama. Foote actually wants the Cajuns to be successful.

He probably believes he needs to be neutral towards the team so as to remain objective. Kevin on the other hand is an alum and hosts a radio show as well as being a writer. Tim is part of the USA Today Network which may be a reason he is chosen for these things. I have exchanged Twitter messages with him at times where I mention I know things he nor other press members do not or before they do because I am a QB Club/Rebounders Club member. I sense that aggravates him a little. I have to keen reminding him that we pay for that status. Why become a member without those perks.

I didn't think it was bad, but I just hate that someone like him, who is so gleeful when he gets to write and tweet about controversy with the Cajuns program, is rewarded with exposure like that. It would be much better to have given someone like Foote or Jay that exposure.

Josh Parrot and Luke Johnson were so much better than Buckley. I really miss Luke. He does a great job with the saints now though.

Sarcastic and delivered with a smirk. Does Buckley deliver this way all the time? It definitely could have been more positive in the delivery. He definitely had some facts he could have shared about all the specific offers Napier has had and also about the controversy with the CC team and their coaches COVID situation. The way he amplified that CC would have been in the 12 team playoff and didn’t mention how that spot would have gone to the winner between the them and the Cajuns was a missed talking point.

Could be just a coincidence but 90% of the time when I see him at our games he is wearing a purple polo shirt. He is either too dumb to know how that looks or does it on purpose
