It was a surreal scene at the Crowley Welcome House Tuesday morning as Phase Two of the building project reached a high point. A crane arrived early and the crew began installing the roof trust that will extend over the second half of the new building.
“It’s just like a scene out of Extreme Home Makeovers,” stated Ron Lawson, member of the Welcome House committee.
