I received tailgating parking passes with the purchase of our tailgate spot. If we want to move the vehicles from TG1 to make room, are we allowed to park the vehicles to Section D?

No you can only park in your Tailgate spot with a TG1 pass

I don't believe they are mailing them. I picked up mine at the Cajundome box office. You may want to call to confirm about mailing.
