Yes, we are very deep at DL. I think with the amount of experienced players on the team, we'll be pretty good at this position.

Sonny Hazard had wrist surgery and will be out for 3-4 weeks

If we can get consistent pressure without having to rely on the blitz then it's gonna be a long day for the bovine herders. Yes Bijan will get his yard but I don't think he can score enough to carry the whole team. Remember they we're built to compete in the Big 12 and win games that normally end in a shootout with the last team with the ball wins. I don't think they realize that it's gonna be a dogfight. I see the rookie QB making the wrong read at a critical point in the game. I feel in a close game doubt start to creep in and we can then impose our will like "The Drive" in Ames.

If they can stuff the run and get pressure on the QB without needing to blitz this defense is going to be nasty. If there is a name to remember that nobody here tends to talk about is Andre Jones. May be our best pass rusher and he's very disruptive in the backfield.
