Wasn’t knocking his ability. just Saying if he’s good enough to start, can we get a pic of the guy? Haha

Our depth chart has 2 OL at 265 lbs. How does he not beat them out and how is our depth not deeper with bigger guys? One of them is 5'11" 265 lbs. Hard to believe that is a
    2nd team OL.

Check the roster. A lot of guys with much bigger measureables than that.

There’s more that goes into it than height and weight

I know. The roster has a lot of big guys. That's why I was surprised that the high school size players made 2nd team. They must be doing something right in practice.

    I hear you on that.

The 5’11 265 guy is Ron Hudson’s son (long time college OL coach). He’s grown up around college OL’s and likely has very refined technique

Only few surprises are AJ Gillie at LG, somebody named brandon bishop listed as co-starter with Jalen Johnson at star.

Montreal Johnson listed as 3rd string RB
AJ Riley and Percy Butler both have played since true freshmen. Riley was super skinny as a Freshman, but still got on the field and battled in some pressure situations.

What's really interesting you only have 7 seniors on the 2 deep roster

Moving Marks to LT and starting Gillie may not be a temporary thing. They like Gillie a LOT.

Also of note, one of them is at Center, often (not always) the Center is the lightest of the bunch and has to be more agile.

I always laugh at clueless opposing fans that assume the C will be easy to push around because he is 6’ 1” 265.

Coastal had one of the smallest OL’s in the country, averaging 6’1 288 and led the conference in offense
