Coach Glasco is never one to shy away from taking chances. Really hoping this one works IN A BIG WAY.

That is my perspective as well. I greatly admire each and what we (or I) don't know is the experience Justin has gained by his years working with and training elite men and women athletes. I trust Coach Glasco and am very happy for the chance Justin is getting.

I also hope at the end of the year we are slapping ourselves, saying this was a no brainer!

Coach Glasco lets his coaches coach. If you ever get a chance to talk to him he will tell you that is what Lu did with him at Georgia. She let him coach and he allows his staff to also.

I believe they are looking for a whole lot more in Jut than to just coach pitching.
