You are right, with Louisiana being stuck in a no pay conference it is impossible to reach their financial potential.

Not sure I'm following here. You are saying we should get $6 million in OOC payouts each year which would mean we'd have to play four road OOC games every year against P5 money bags. What does our conference have to do with those OOC games?

I think Louisiana needs to be independent to reach its full financial potential.
