I was thinking the same thing. Looking at SBC office, seems like they have a full time creative video guy on staff. But our own video staff (Darren, Douglas, and others) run laps around their guy. Looks like Keith needs to find some money in his budget and toss it at creative video and social media outreach. Severely lacking in that department.
