Fog has created some lower visibility across areas of Acadiana this morning. Patchy in nature, some of the fog has dropped the visibility to 1/4 mile or less in locations. The fog should burn off by 9am and mostly sunny skies will return. Remember to keep your distance between the you and the car in front of you. Use your low beam headlights. Slow down, and make sure you watch out for the kids waiting at the bus stops. The combination of the fog and the dark mornings makes it harder to see pedestrians on or near the roadway.
