Big in-state recruiting win for Billy Napier and Louisiana

His current rating on 247 is 0.8739 which if he signs will be the highest ranked recruit in program history and by a decent margin. For reference out previous high was Dion Ray at 0.8640

I knew Dion Ray was a big get for us; however, I'd have figured Napier would have brought in higher rated talent than him by now (just an assumption, as I don't pay attention to recruiting ratings).

But man...just makes you wonder why he couldn't get on the field for meaningful time.
