He’s also mine.I received an email from RCAF/Brandon Domingue at the end of April, letting me know he would be my new concierge and to address any questions to him. It is my belief everyone that is an active member of RCAF (regardless of level?) has a concierge assigned to them, as per the email copied below:

I am emailing you, to introduce myself as your "Cajun Concierge" for the RCAF 2021-2022 season. This exciting benefit, that was announced in 2020, will provide you the personalized customer service you deserve as one of our loyal supporters.
It is my pleasure to serve as your personal resource for questions about membership levels, tickets, parking, priority points, or any other items related to Louisiana Athletics. RCAF Renewals will be sent in the next few weeks via email. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can do to improve your overall experience supporting the Ragin' Cajuns.
