I received an email from RCAF/Brandon Domingue at the end of April, letting me know he would be my new concierge and to address any questions to him. It is my belief everyone that is an active member of RCAF (regardless of level?) has a concierge assigned to them, as per the email copied below:

Dear RCAF Investor,

I am emailing you, to introduce myself as your "Cajun Concierge" for the RCAF 2021-2022 season. This exciting benefit, that was announced in 2020, will provide you the personalized customer service you deserve as one of our loyal supporters.

It is my pleasure to serve as your personal resource for questions about membership levels, tickets, parking, priority points, or any other items related to Louisiana Athletics. RCAF Renewals will be sent in the next few weeks via email. Please feel free to reach out if there is anything I can do to improve your overall experience supporting the Ragin' Cajuns.

I look forward to serving you and your family, as your Cajun Concierge.

Hans Malebranche was assigned to me. Dude stays in contact, phone, text, or email. Hope the concierge program continues. Its convenient, saves time. Also believe as relationships are built the concierges will help increase sales.

I don't know where you guys get the idea RCAF is understaffed. Most, if not all positions that were open have been filled.

Now, people do take vacations during the summer.

COVID Delta will peak around the start of school on its own, then likely decline, per experts. So naturally, the governor will impose restrictions at the peak and take credit for the decline in cases 60 days later.

“There’s going to be a peak sometime probably around late August, early September,” the former FDA chief said. However, he urged Americans to take precautions in the meantime.

According to RCAF investment schedule of benefits, not all members get the Personal Concierge benefit. The benefit is available to members once they increase their “total investment to the $1500 level”. For those of you who don’t have this benefit call Kelsey 337.851.2903. Hopefully this helps…
