You are trying to make a point with an impossibility, you will never get that kind of quote from the ones you referenced even if it were 100% true.

I also hope nothing but the best for him in his MLB pursuits.

More evidence of the impact of the Robichaux legacy.

Trust me. I have had the privilege of working with JUT and Robe. Yes, neither would make that statement publicly, but on the other hand, neither would work with a quitter.

So by the mere fact that these three were willing to work with him, he is not a quitter.

I hope you get it now.

That is true. If Jut thought Angel was a quitter, he would not work with him.

When you walk out on the team what is the term that you would label him?

Dude, he could not compete. In the state he was in, he was more a hindrance than a help for the team and the coach. He left so there was no more pressure on the coach to use someone who could not help the team. How hard is it to get that to sink into your got damn tuff.

I got it long before your first post in in this thread.

Your reply to me is so much clearer and much more cognizant of the point you were trying to make.

Assuming what you are posing is related to the Angel situation, I wouldn't call it anything being I don't know all of the circumstances surrounding the decision. I don't know what conversations he had with his coaches or teammates. I would imagine the decision was in the best interest of all involved and was supported by others. You are free to label him as you wish.

And we as other fans are free to challenge that label if we do not believe it to be appropriate.

While leaving a team mid-season is unusual, this was likely mutually agreed the best move for everyone.

A minor league pitching coach looked at his video and predicted a fast turn around with the right situation.

This is how I see it and from all available information and parties involved is probably an accurate evaluation of the situation.

The only other person he could have added to his team was Buddy.
