    It's a hitters league, so don't expect an ERA under 3.50 or 4.00. Javier has lost his velocity and may have to go on IL before the all-star break. That may be his break.

    Good point, you might be right. The Astros pitching is just a dumpster fire right now.

    Actually, their starting pitching is top 5 in MLB last time I checked. Their offense and bullpen has been bad.

    Dumpster fire is a relative term compared to what we’ve been used to for the last few years, ha. Hard to believe they’ve been able to reload as consistently as they have!

    Injuries and age right? Lost Verlander to FA, Garcia, Urquidy and McCullers on IL. Altuve finally playing after starting the season on IL and Alvarez out. And Brantley still hasn't returned. I'm shocked they are still above .500.

    Brantley scheduled for return in 2026 (approximately), lol
