So stupid to invest In end zone seating. instead of East or West side refurbishment / premium seating. We had a doofis running the show so no surprise that had no idea about ROI

And where would we have seated the fan with the West side being shut down for demolition and renovations? Just asking.

I don't know, but demand for tickets would have gone through the roof.

Meh, we’d just be tearing down the new work because there was no way to address an inadequate press box.

And even though it wasn’t cheap, nothing says FCS/D-1-AA like Greek letters on a stick behind your goal posts. Glad that optic is somewhat gone.

We will end up spending 33-35 mill on an a SEZ that has a couple hundred people that use it .

Agreed. We’d have put several million dollars into upgrades on the west side seven years ago, only to be tearing it down to do it again. When the improvements were made to the south end zone we did not have the resources to renovate the west side.

Don’t worry, the NEZ will also happen one day. Sadly, it will come due to our university’s inability to keep people off the grass and a catastrophic injury to a child while mom and dad were knocking back cold ones. Claim will be in part due to inadequate seating. Ironically.

I will cry when they kill the grass endzone for seating.

Only in Louisiana are parents worried about a sloping hill.

Walking up and down stairs is more dangerous.

Yup. I’m sure most of us has caught someone stumbling down the steps at a sporting event.

I like the NEZ W/O people sitting on the grass. Looks small time in the football world with random folks on blankets.

I like seeing the kids having a good time on the grass.
