I'm not a casual fan and we have a good product but bring in quality opponents someone worth spending money on or giving up a week night to see and they will come. Heck I don't want to see half the crappy teams outside of conference games that we bring to Cajun Field. JMO

What great draw opponents did we bring to Cajun Field during HUD’s first 3-4 years when we averaged much better attendance?

All I’m asking is the Acadiana community at least support Napier to the extent they supported Hud.

Coach Napier AT LEAST deserves that. IMO, he deserves much more support.

So, its not necessarily the money that will make Napier move on, which is good to hear. However, as I see it, the one thing that may get him to sour on Lafayette and WANT to move on will be the apathy in the community about UL Football. He's building it, but will anybody come? There has to be more fan engagement this year and after the stadium is renovated or he's gone.

To be honest I think there really are only 4 jobs left Napier would leave forGeorgia, Alabama, Clemson, and LSU.2 of which might be looking for a coach after this year.
