May not be the separation they were expecting… sucks to suck.

I also question why there isn't a Tier 7 with only ULM down there.
I think they’re over rated. They belong in the next tier down.
Tier 5…the W on the side of the Wyoming Cowboy, what school is that?
The Washington football club
....er...Westerm Missagain?
New logo??? Never seen that one.
Athletic branding…Western…just like a faction of South Al fans want to be known as South.
As far as ULM, I think the momentum of the hire has faded. Haven’t heard much since. Hard to build enthusiasm in a morgue. If we hang 70 (or even 60) on them again this year would cripple them mentally for years. I think they just quit on Viator just like when our guys quit on Hud.
I would put both Boise and Oregon at Tier 3, and would not elevate anyone to Tier 2 to replace them. I can't argue much about UL and App at Tier 4, but I might put both GaSo and CC in Tier 5; GaSo because they have fallen off the last two or three years and CC because so far we don't know whether they are a one-hit wonder or not. Liberty in Tier 5 is also questionable; I might have them in Tier 4.
ULM will be better this year, they had kids that quite on Viator as you said, but they also had kids that quit/opted out. They were not a good football team, don't get me wrong and they won't be good this year, because of lack of overall talent. But Bowden will get them turned in the right direction, mostly using the transfer portal, that is his M.O. Again they will not be good this year, but this will be a transition year for them as they work to improve and become more competitive in the SBC. I would be surprised if we put 70 on them this season, but I do think we will win going away if both teams are at full strength.
Thanks! Not sure how I didn’t add that up.
