He's the left tackle prospect I mentioned in the Williams commitment thread. Both play at smaller schools, but are good athletes. This one will be tough to hang on to, but I'm confident in Napier.

I'm not certain, but they did the same thing with the recent JC DB assigning him to the 2022 Class as a commitment until it was corrected.

Apparently he and the JC DB go towards this years class ,which is allowed before the beginning of the second summer session. Anyone signing afterwards, would go towards the 2022 Class. At least that is my understanding of the rules. He has no more HS eligibility.
