Three players have graduated.
One did not play last year after transferring from Texas State.
One had already left to get ready for the MLB draft.
You have to remember because of the expanded roster, we had 7 extra players. So while this seemed great at the time, it also cut in some of their playing time.
The roster will be back to 35 next season, and we have a very large class coming in next year. The class is a good mixture of JUCO and high school kids. What most do not realize is that Jake Wells took over the main recruiting role this past season. I do not know how much that will change with the type of players we are attracting, but it was obvious a change needed to occur.
Those who are leaving on their own or those that were cut, I wish them all the best.
In the Portal 2101 players, 493 have graduated.

I talked to a 2023 commitment at the ballpark this year. The only coaches he had contact with were Wells and Deggs.
Position Players: Lada, Willis, Robertson, Kimple, Roccaforte, Brock, Brandon, Higgs (RS who will probably start in the OF next year. He was injured.)
Pitchers: Schultz, Talley, Perrin, Christie, Durke, Menard, Havard, Wilson
Some guys not returning aren't in the portal.
To the best of my knowledge this is accurate, though it's possible I'm missing someone.
Unless something has changed since exit interviews, Talley isn’t coming back, nor is Lada. Lada was told his services were no longer needed and Talley is ready to “move on with his life.” Employment and family.

MAT what do you think of the guys that are coming in?

Lada I am not sure about, but I do feel he will be back. But I can tell you Talley is coming back, I have been in contact with his dad. I will have an adult beverage or two with him later this month.
I had my assistants wrong. But if I would have said Talbot and Ryan you would have said yes. That’s what I get for listening to a ju co ball player as a source.

Let's talk about the definition of "let."
I had no clue about Ryan having quenched his coaching thirst, but I was fairly sure the Wells part was off. So I took a chance and dismissed both.
