Found this on the NCAA Q&A sheet for one time transfers.
Postgraduate Transfer Eligibility
Q12: What criteria does a student-athlete who has graduated with their baccalaureate degree need to meet to be eligible as postgraduate student at another Division I school?
A12: A student-athlete who graduates with remaining athletics eligibility may be eligible as a full-time postgraduate student at another Division I school provided they meet the one-time exception criteria, including providing a written request to enter the NCAA Transfer Portal to their current school by July 1, 2021.
Q13: What if the student-athlete transferred previously from another four-year school as an undergraduate student?
A13: Generally, a student-athlete who has previously transferred from another four-year school would not be able to use the one-time exception as a postgraduate transfer. However, a waiver process exists for postgraduate students with a previous transfer history.
What about Spencer A?
Eleven players are in the portal as of June 29th.
Three players have graduated.
One did not play last year after transferring from Texas State.
One had already left to get ready for the MLB draft.
You have to remember because of the expanded roster, we had 7 extra players. So while this seemed great at the time, it also cut in some of their playing time.
The roster will be back to 35 next season, and we have a very large class coming in next year. The class is a good mixture of JUCO and high school kids. What most do not realize is that Jake Wells took over the main recruiting role this past season. I do not know how much that will change with the type of players we are attracting, but it was obvious a change needed to occur.
Those who are leaving on their own or those that were cut, I wish them all the best.
In the Portal 2101 players, 493 have graduated.

SOURCES: The NCAA was considering extending the transfer deadline for college baseball from July 1 to a later date. However, it did not happen. Any paperwork submitted AFTER today will fall under an individual waiver process. How lenient will the NCAA be? We’ll find out.
