That's just about as close as one can come to a perfectly executed fried chicken sandwich, though. Especially for under $5.
Houston area had them before the craze hit, so I was able to try them out with short to no lines, then just sat back when it hit the national frenzy.
I one complaint is I wish that for "spicy", the breast filet itself would be spicy with red pepper inside like their spicy fried chicken. Instead, the only thing that makes it spicy is the sauce.
All that said, when I've had it, it's been the most juicy, perfectly executed fried chicken breast between two buns I've ever had. And it's one of the few chicken sandwiches where the chicken breast is larger than the bread.
Actually liked the flounder sandwich the one time I tried it.
And it's right next to "Sticks". Get a game in than drop by for a burger.
Tried it last night for the first time since they reopened.
My wife, my daughter, and I are in agreement.

I didn’t know that you could cook ground meat in such a manner that it was tough.
The fries were good.
