Also, it blows my mind that Sweet Lu is only 53. Not judging by any means, just would have guessed her age was a bit north of 53...

Aww well good for Sweet Lu, retirement means she will get to spend quality time with them before they all leave the nest. I've got nothing but respect for Lu! And I love that she got to go out on her own terms after taking an unseeded team to the dance. Very cool that she coached Courtney Blades and then her daughter, great stuff!

Just heard it on good authority that Kevin Sumlin will be the next UL softball coach.

Word is JMU coach turned down the Georgia job. If true then Baldwin wasn't the first choice. I still think the JMU coach will think it over some more and take it. Time will tell.
