Deggs didn’t signal anything but Bobby was not running hard turning at the bag. With two outs, you have to be going all out. Especially when it is your season

Exactly. Deggs did not signal at all. He has been sending runners all season with mixed results.

The ball rolled on the ground for 10 to 15 ft at a very slow pace. They had to go get it to even be in a position to throw it. Surely he would have made it.

Dude the play was never at 1st. The play was always at home, everyone in the stadium knew where the play was. It’s not rocket science.

Maybe we should just recruit smarter players, because our guys are rocks out there.

We have played significantly better defense with CJ at first base? Wtf did we change that? Btw, FITZY hits like 100 points higher as a DH. Also btw, WHY WAS TALLEY DHing in an elimination game?!

Even with 2 outs and bottom of 11th inning? I disagree. Make them throw you out there. Especially, since the Cajun bats could only muster up 4 x hits in 11 innings. It’s not like everyone was expecting for the next batter (or 3) to drive Lada in from 3rd with 2 outs.
