UConn WBB coach describing portal situation as chaos for his sport. Over 1000 girls in it with 200 of them not likely to find a landing spot. Hopefully when people figure out you can only do this once, it will slow down. As far as Cajuns softball goes, ladies leaving is understandable in each particular situation.

May be an article for a different thread. The transfer portal and the new rules have pluses and minuses. But, it didn't take long for people to start taking advantage. What's happening in football may not be happening in softball, but it's still interesting to consider.

There in no link to the portal. You have to be a member to actually view who is in the portal.

Media has access if they pay for it. College Baseball Insiders, 247 Sports, etc.

There are also subscription-based sites like Softball America that has an up to date tracker for paying members. People on a different softball forum also post updates to the portal.

There's actually quite a few different subscription sites that are available to fans now with this type of info: D1 Softball, Justin's World of Softball, FloSoftball. The transfer portal is basically public knowledge as long as ya know where to look
