Someone posted on Ultimate College Softball that Kendall Talley is in the portal.

That would be very disappointing, especially after this past season and her involvement with RCAF as an intern.

She is in the portal as of yesterday and it is hard to keep kids at a program for 6 years. Kendall still has 2 years left to play if she wants to. No surprise that she is leaving, I mentioned it a while back that she may leave due to having her degree. Tough lost for sure as she was a water hose drinking player who played with her hair on fire.

I had forgotten that she graduated this spring. Makes sense now that she is headed to graduate school. I wish her the best, she's has a contagious personality and will be successful in any career path.

Followed by Piskos. They truly emptied the bucket every time they played! Look for Melissa Mayeau to step up into a much bigger leadership role. Coach told me last week that she was leading the Florida league in hitting, which is big time positive news. She is also the hardest worker on the team.

All current athletes who want to use the new transfer rule and be immediately eligible for the 2021-22 academic year will have until July 1, 2021 to notify their current school that they'll be transferring. Fingers crossed that we are done with kids entering the portal. I wouldn't be surprised to see another kid enter tomorrow.
