That’s assuming that A) these programs actually come back up and B.) these programs like LaTech that’s having a good year continue with the success

My guess it will be A little bit of both.

Of course but that is the assumption being made. It will likely be a little bit of both but the Tech program has been on an upward trajectory for some time now. I just don’t see them going away and Louisiana needs to take a hard look in the mirror. Deggs better be doing some serious soul searching regarding his club.
