Louisiana is listed as having the top-ranked recruiting class of 2021, followed by Auburn, Oklahoma, Duke, and Alabama, at 2-5, respectively.

Rounding out the top ten on the Extra Inning Softball list is LSU, Texas, Oklahoma St., Kentucky, and Ole Miss.

Other Sun Belt Conference schools listed in the top 75 included Appalachian St. (#29), Troy (#68), and Texas St. (#70).

Roar what is your take on the original question? Keep bringing in transfers, develop high school kids or both. If your answer is both then what is the mix? I am asking as your one of the more respectful Cajun softball minds that I know. With what we have coming in if Hope from N. Texas wants to come here what would the Cajuns say?

I will just say, there is not an easy answer. I will leave it at this. When you look at the transfers coach brought in, all of them contributed in some way this year. Especially with all of the injuries. Without them, the team would not have been as competitive as they were.
