We play tomorrow night against Texas State. We then play App on Thursday night. If we beat the winner of the Texas State vs App game which will occur later today, we advance to the semifinals on Saturday. Our game against the loser of the Texas State vs App game will essentially be meaningless. Strange format.

So we know what we have to do to get to the semis.

What opinions on possible semis opponent? We haven’t played either Georgia school. We played ULM 4 times. I’d guess most don’t want to see Georgia southern. I don’t want to see Monroe on the chance they could beat us and end our season. I’ll go Georgia state.

With that all said, I think it’s going to be hard to not see the top seeds in the semis because of the format. All the top seeds will have the advantage of setting up their pitching and also playing the first game against a team playing their second.

I want assume to understand this format. Playing a game that don't mean nothing. We play Texas St. Wed at 7:00 then play the winner of tonight's game between Texas ST. and Apt St. So we we don't know if we are playing a winner or loser tomorrow night at 7:00 Forget about explaining this. I will just wait to see who lifts the trophy at the end.
