What we need is pitching depth and a hitting coach.

Ain’t over until the fat lady sings though.
I hope the woke people don’t ban me for these comments on a women’s softball thread.
I certainly hope this is the year we make it through the losers bracket. I am by no means a coach, but I think the only way that happens is with a strong showing tonight both on the mound and at the plate. We need to run rule whoever we play. I know that is a long shot but this teams confidence is bruised right now. If we can take care of business and head into tomorrow feeling good about ourselves half the battle will be won. It appears both GW and McNeese are throwing the same pitchers they threw yesterday so I am assuming that those are their aces. Hopefully they beat each other up a little in this game and a little fatigue sets in. I know softball pitchers can throw forever, but combine a high pitch count with the fact that we have now seen both of their starters for several at bats (McNeese during the season) and I do believe it is advantage Cajuns. Above all, I do not want Summer to go out like this knowing what she has meant to this program over the last several years and her willingness to come back this year for one more shot at the title. GEAUX CAJUNS!!!
McNeese up 2-0 on GW early.
If it’s McNeese, it’s a must win game to many. Getting knocked out of regionals is one thing, getting knocked out by an SLC team, much less McNeese, is another.
Given the portal is changing things, we aren’t Transfer U anymore. Any program can be. Time to up the game.
McNeese 8, GW 0. Looks like Mcneese we will be facing.
McNeese 10 GW 0, can you say run rule. McNeese still batting top of 5th. Game over 12-0. UL vs McNeese in 45 minutes.
It's all about who has the most money. Are you an RCAF member? Please join and help the Cajuns compete with big brother.
