LSU softball tix sold out at 9:05

I was waiting on hold as every ticket anywhere in Tiger Park was sold out. The young man who answered my call was very polite and empathetic, and noted there may be a possibility of utilizing re-sellers or possibly seats may become available as teams are eliminated.

Of course, there are only two teams left on Sunday, and hopefully some tickets will be available. Otherwise, I will see a lot of y'all at Pete's or Walk On's.

A friend of mine called and got the same answer, sold out. He asked for handicap seating and got the last two seats. That's lucky.

LSU softball's Tiger Park can have 100% capacity in 1,289-seat Tiger Park for NCAA Regional

BATON ROUGE - LSU's Tiger Park softball stadium will be back at its 100% percent capacity of 1,289 for the NCAA Regional that starts Friday after an NCAA announcement on Wednesday.

"Venue attendance capacity for 2021 spring NCAA Championships outdoors will be determined by state/local guidelines and may go up to 100% of venue capacity," a statement by the NCAA Medical Advisory Group said.

It's a shame that their stadium seats less than half of what Lamson does at full capacity.
