First, the minus. If Baylor goes, it's going to be very, very tough on the Cajuns. The Cajuns do not match up well with Baylor.

The Big Plus. If the Cajuns win it, the Cajuns will host... At Tiger Park! Can you imagine how the people who run the park would feel about having to host a super regional for the Cajuns? It would be one of the greatest things to ever happen for Ragin Cajun athletics.
Are you sure? So if the Cajuns win the BR regional and LSU is the 8 national seed and Washington wins as the 9 national seed then Washington would come here? In normal years, unseeded regional winners would travel to lower seeded host (i.e. unseeded Cajuns and #9 Washington). I think the same will likely be the case here. The eight supers hosts will be determined by the committee on monday after regionals.

Yes. I'm sure. I want the Cajuns to go to Baton Rouge, but, only if LSU is a number eight seed. If LSU is higher than an eight seed, I'm all for going to Texas.

That's an extremely tough Regional when you consider the 4 seed is a team we beat by only 1 run in each of our two games against them this season. And 3 seed or not, Baylor has historically been a very good program. They won't be your typical 3 seed. In fact, I think they'd have a reasonable shot to come out of that Regional matchup on top.

They said the 8 super host will be determined by the committee on monday after the regionals. So without them knowing the winners yet how can that be?

Would meet the #9 seed Washington regional winner.
    Notre Dame
    BYU
    Seattle

Texas State the #2 seed in Oklahoma Regional. Oklahoma is #2 national seed.

Troy the #3 seed in Florida Regional. Florida is the #3 national seed.

South Alabama the #3 seed in Alabama Regional. Alabama is the #4 national seed.

We will see how it all goes down tomorrow.
No way A&M BR deserves to be the #8 seed. It shows how much the SEC controls the NCAA if that happens.

Will we see the SEC bias shine for yet another year? Just looking at some of the projections, they basically have all the SEC teams make it in. So last place finishing South Carolina with stellar 4-20 conference and 26-26 overall record may have earned a well deserved spot in the tournament.
