The thing about Brad that I'm most interested in is his passion for the program. That can take you a LONG way. It's much easier for players to buy into what you are selling when you can tell the salesman truly believes in what he's doing. You don't just walk in the door as a great X and O coach. You learn from mistakes and from experience. You can improve at recruiting and in most aspects of coaching but you can't just turn on and off the passion switch and Brad has it. I know he doesn't have HC experience but our program is at a point where I'd be more than happy with giving him or someone a chance who can inject some life back into it.
