    When Foreman's drop curve and change up is on she is hard to hit. She only throws her fastball 61 or 62, but if those other two pitches are on it looks like it is 64-65 and then she can spot that pitch. Kind of like my podna Andy Gros. Andy threw 82 mph but it looked 87 to 90 when the other pitches were working.

    When Gros ws at CC, the VC guys loved him. Think they run ruled him every time they faced him. Foul off fastballs, sit on the change. I never understood why college hitters never figured him out.
