Louisiana Baseball is set to host ULM on Tuesday night at M.L. 'Tigue' Moore Field at Russo Park. First pitch of the non-conference matchup is set for 6 p.m.

Louisiana (21-17, 8-7 SBC) dropped two-of-three games to Little Rock this past weekend, but had a solid showing on Sunday, taking that matchup 7-4.

Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watch List
Spencer Arrighetti was named to the USA Baseball 2021 Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watch List on Wednesday, April 21. Arrighetti is one of 45 of the nation's top amateur players from the high school and college ranks to be selected for the prestigious honor. He is also just the fifth Ragin' Cajun to appear on the list since it was instituted in 2013, joining Caleb Adams (2014), Seth Harrison (2014), Blake Trahan (2015) and Gunner Leger (2017).

Dominant Cookie
Connor Cooke had another great outing against Little Rock this past weekend, tossing 6.1 innings, giving up two earned runs and striking out seven batters. In his last three starts, Cooke has recorded 27 strikeouts in 21 innings pitched and has only given up 10 hits in that span.

TR Against ULM
During the three-game set against ULM earlier this year, Tyler Robertson had a great showing, posting a .429 batting average with six hits, a double and home run. Robertson led Louisiana in slugging (.714) and total bases (10) during that series as well.

AP on the Bump
Austin Perrin will get the ball for Louisiana against ULM on Tuesday night. In five starts this year, Perrin has tossed in 21.0 innings and owns a 2.14 ERA with 20 strikeouts. Opponents are also hitting .203 against him during his start. Perrin has already faced ULM this season and only went 2.1 innings during the team's seven run comeback on April 3.

D-RAKE
Drake Osborn has caught fire at the plate in recent games. Osborn recently transitioned to the leadoff spot in the final two contests against Little Rock and collected five hits, one double, two RBI and has put his batting average over .300 on the year. In his last 10 games, Osborn has collected 15 hits and is batting .455 with three doubles.

Against ULM
Louisiana has already played ULM three times this season, taking all three matchups in Monroe. The Ragin' Cajuns erased a seven-run deficit the last time the two teams played. Louisiana has won five-straight matchups and has won the last 30-of-31 matchups against ULM.
