It's a solid no frills burger but best In town.... not even close
No disagreement, but curious as to you guys' top 3 in and around the Lafayette area.
Funny, I have eaten at 7 of these restaurants.
Akron--Luigi's (so so)
App--Lost Province Brewing Company (not the best in Boone, but good)
Charlotte--Boardwalk Billys (overrated)
Coastal--Coastal Ale House
ECU--Sup Dogs
UL--Judice
UAB--Dreamland BBQ (no frills and good)
I love the taste of Judice's burgers. To me they are the tastiest burgers in town, but as said before they are no frills. To me, here is my list in order.
1. Burgersmith
2. Twins
3. Broadas
4. Judice
5. Fat Pats
Honorable Mention
Morvants, Grub Burger and Ground Pati
I have not tried the burgers at Mandez's, but they look really good. I am sure you guys have some others. Another that was not bad was Acadiana Bar and Grill in Youngsville. Man I miss my Cajun Blaze though, but I am going back old school.
Lol. You guys are burger snobs. It's all subjective. A number of places have good burgers but when I'm really wanting one, Judice Inn is the first place I think of.
Now I want a hamburger.
Any list without Max’s in the top 3 is garbage.
I've never had a burger at Max's. So I can not judge them.
