62-Year old Wilbert Guillory was riding his bike south on Highway 758 when he crossed in front of a van headed west on Highway 190 at around 4:20 this afternoon.
State Police say the driver tried to avoid hitting him, but couldn't.
Guillory died from his traumatic injuries.
No charges were filed against the driver.
