Problem is there isnt a short stop on this team. This cat was at bossier community college if im not mistaken. We cant do better than that?

We have a short stop on this roster that started as a true freshmen for a Fullerton team that was 1 out away from Omaha. He just doesn’t swing for the fences or fit Deggs’ “mold.” What we are witnessing with such a talented roster is criminal.

He started at cal as a freshman and he can't play here and beat out a community college kid? Kind of reminds me of a kid we cut a few years back. Johnny Riser who went on to be a star at TCU and get drafted in the 7th rd.

fullerton has a neat setup in that you can watch baseball and softball at same time... and they have an “extra” softball field. but they dont have football (anymore) oh well
